Pricing:
Although we try our best to have an error-free website, occasional errors are possible. If there is a pricing discrepancy it will be handled in one of the following ways: - If the price listed on your order is higher than the actual price, your order will be adjusted to show the lower price. - If the price shown online is lower than the actual price we will at our discretion, either contact you via e-mail for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you via e-mail of the cancellation.

Shipping:
We only ship within the 50 United States (no exceptions).
We only accept credit cards issued from US banks with US billing addresses. (no exceptions)
We do not recommend that you ship the items outside the US either as there would be no warranty coverage of any type once they leave the U.S. Once an item leaves the 50 States it is yours, there are no returns on exported items.
Once any item is reshipped or forwarded there is no coverage for damage to the item.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Orders may require a signature for delivery.
Chairs are normally shipped wrapped and stacked 8-12 chairs high. Customers are required to have hand-trucks and adequate personnel to off-load and move chairs into their facility.

Credit Card Processing:
An authorization, not a charge is processed on your card when the order is submitted. For specifics on the difference between a charge and an authorization please see our credit card information page. Additional verification of the credit card may be necessary prior to shipping the order, there may also be shipping restrictions on orders.

Privacy:
We never sell, rent, or give out any of your information for any reason.

Backorders
Although we do have a very large inventory it is possible for an item to be on back order in production long enough for us to run out of them. If an item is on back order we will ship the rest of your order now and the backordered item as soon as it arrives. Shipping will only be billed on the first invoice.

Damage
Inspect all items as soon as they are received. Even if you are having the item installed professionally at a later date, inspect it when you receive it. Check the parts list on the installation instructions against the items you receive. If there is any damage or any items missing notify us within 24 hours at 888-274-5505

Product Descriptions
We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in item descriptions. If items are not as described your sole remedy is to return item in unused, new condition for a refund.

Shipping Error
Although we strive to make certain that all items shipped are exactly the items ordered, in case of a shipping error Church Seating International is not liable for attempted use or subsequent damage from said items. Damage claims due to shipping must be indicated in detail (including quantity), on the Bill of Lading. Report the problem to Church Seating International within 10 working days. Church Seating International is not responsible for the actions or service levels of these carriers. Inspect all orders on arrival and notify us within 24 hours via phone at 888-274-5505 of any discrepancies.

Order Processing
We do reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Church Seating International reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is canceled the authorization on your card will be promptly voided. If your card has been charged a prompt refund will be processed.

Product Warranty
Disclaimer of warranty: the foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Chairs are covered by 10 year structural warranty that is exclusive of the non durable portions of the chair such as fabric, finish and cushioning components.

A buyer's claim of breach of any warranty concerning the goods will be barred unless the seller receives written notice of the alleged breach from the buyer within ten (10) working days after the delivery of the goods or, if breach of warranty could not be reasonably discovered within ten (10) working days of the delivery of the goods, within ten (10) working days after the actual discovery of the alleged breach of warranty or within ten (10) working days after the breach of warranty could have reasonably been discovered, whichever is earlier. Any exclusion to this warranty will be listed on the signed customer quote.

Warranties do not apply to any product which has been altered, subjected to misuse, or negligence. Church Seating International’s warranty is limited to credit or replacement of the defective item. Liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective item. Unless modified in writing and signed by both parties, this agreement provided by Church Seating International and acknowledged by the customer, and these Terms and Conditions are understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all oral or written prior agreements and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

LIMITATIONS of REMEDIES: IN NO EVENT WILL CHURCH SEATING INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. DAMAGES THAT CHURCH SEATING INTERNATIONAL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS; LOSS OF SAVINGS OR REVENUE; LOSS OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT; COST OF CAPITAL; COST OF ANY SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, OR SERVICES, DOWNTIME; THE CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS; AND INJURY TO PROPERTY. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY BREACH OF THE WARRANTY OF TITLE AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENTS OR TO CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY.

Jurisdiction and Venue
This agreement shall not be construed in favor of or against any party hereto. If any of the provisions, covenants, or conditions of the Agreement are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall be in full force and effect and shall no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated. In the event of such determination, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to modify this agreement to fulfill as closely as possible the original intent and purposes thereof. To the extent permitted by law the parties waive any provisions of law that render any provision hereof prohibited or unenforceable in any respect.

This agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of California as if entered into and wholly performed within the state of California. Any action brought to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the County of San Bernardino, in California.
